Mike King

Managing Director

Mike has over 30 years’ experience, working in the building and construction industry.  He has led the positions of Estimating Manager, Site Manager. Senior Site Manager and Construction Manager within large construction companies in WA.

Mike has a Trade certificate in Carpentry & Joinery and is a Registered Builder in the State of WA.

He has extensive experience in managing construction projects including construction of medium to large-scale commercial projects, residential building and property (Residential Unit) development.

Mike began his career in the residential building sector, using his trade and then subsequently being employed by Major Residential Builders in WA. His first Management Role was with a major Residential Building Company as the Estimating Manager, moving on to the position of residential Site Supervisor for another large WA based residential builder.

Mikes Commercial career began with in 2006.  He was the Senior Site Supervisor for a major WA Builder and managed many large projects to their completion in the 4 years he was with the Company. He then moved on to the position of Construction Manager for a small privately owned company in 2010 before deciding to become a registered builder and begin his own Company in mid-2011.

Mike owns and runs all aspects of the construction for Solution 4 Building including pricing of tenders, purchasing and management of each project to its completion. His passion for the work he does always is acknowledged through satisfied clients and the excellent working relationship he maintains with them.

Casey Smith

Leading Hand

Casey has recently joined Solution 4 Building as a Leading Hand. His main role is to assist the Site Managers with the day to day running of all projects. Casey also carriers out the maintenance of our projects as required.

Casey is qualified as a Ceiling fixer in the state of WA and has continually worked in the building industry for the past 7 years.

Karen King

Director/Finance & Marketing Manager

Since the inception of Solution 4 Building in 2011 Karen has overseen all finance, marketing and administration within the company. She brings with her a background of working in the building industry for many years.

Karen began her working career in the Trade department for a large Australian retail & trade supply company, learning many aspects of what builders require onsite.  She then moved onto become a client liaison officer for a residential Home Builder. Here she gained an extensive knowledge of construction projects from start to completion, along with the ability to assist clients we their needs and wants throughout the construction process. Karen gained a wealth of knowledge in the residential building industry through this position and has been able to bring that experience to Solution 4 building.

Later Karen moved on to a WA based Timber supply company where she held the position of personal assistant to the Director.  Being a small family owned business, Karen was responsible for many of the administration aspects of the business including but not limited to, marketing, purchasing, assisting sales representatives, assisting in accounts and general personal assistant duties.

As the Finance and Marketing Director and the owner of Solution 4 Building Karen manages all administration staff and has a wide range of responsibilities.

Lara Morgan

Accounts Administrator

Lara joined the Solution 4 Building team at the beginning of 2015 and has become a valued asset to the company.

Lara brings with her a Bachelor of Business degree and has worked in many senior financial positions within WA companies. She began her career working as a Financial Accounting Officer and progressed on to positions such as administration manager, payroll officer and accounts manager for some large WA companies.

Lara’s position with Solution 4 Building is the accounts administrator. This entails all financial aspects within the company including day to day accounts management (payable, receivable and payroll), and supporting the Finance and Marketing Manager.

Natali Najdoska

Contract Administrator

Natali’s role at Solution 4 Building is that of Contracts Administrator. Natali has 6 years experience in similar roles within the commercial construction industry.

Natali is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Science – Construction Management & Economics and also has a diploma in Business Management and certificates in Project Management and Human Resources.

Sarah Cole

Document Control Administrator

Sarah joined the Solution 4 Building team in 2014 as an Administrator. During that time Sarah has progressed through the company to a Contracts Administrator and most recently the Documents Control Administrator. Sarah also has extensive knowledge of the Administration processes of the Construction Department.

Courtney Vettler

Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Courtney joined the Solution 4 Building team in January 2018 to assist staff with administration duties and to fulfill the role of office receptionist. Courtney completed her year 12 certificate in 2016 and has 12 months experience in a similar role.
