Solution 4 Building were engaged as the head contractor the Shirt of Dowerin for the new construction of the short stay accommodation.

The build comprised of:

• New amenities block, 4 studio units, 3 one-bedroom units, 5 caravan bays, camping area and services.
• The built form comprises strip & pad footings, concrete slab, steel & timber columns, load bearing wall frames and timber roof with metal roof sheeting. The amenities block comprises of a male change room, female change room, kitchen, laundry, store and cleaners’ store
• Studio Units: The built form comprises strip & pad footings, concrete slab, timber columns, load bearing wall frames and timber roof with metal roof sheeting. The studio units comprise four separate units with bedroom, bath, kitchenette and patio.
• 1 Bed Units (U1, U2, U3):  The built form comprises strip & pad footings, concrete slab, steel columns, load bearing wall frames and timber roof with metal roof sheeting. The 1 bed units comprise bedroom, bath, kitchenette, living and patio.
• Caravan Bays & Camping Area: The built form comprises concrete slab and brick paved slab.
