Project Description:

Solution 4 Building were engaged as the head contractor by the Department of Finance for a new construction project at the existing Swan View Senior High School. Works included:

Construction of a steel framed single storey masonry and pre-finished compressed fibre cement education block including staff offices, foyer, meeting room, UAT, two kitchens, two secure storerooms, mechanical plant room and communications room.
New storm water systems including a subsurface drainage system & stone pitching
New Stairs and balustrade
Pathways and mulch
