Solution 4 Building were engaged as the head contactor by the Town of Cambridge to complete the internal alteration to the existing golf shop. Works included:

• The removal of existing sales counter and carpet
• Installation of new service desk, carpet and cabinetry
• Fit out of new Managers Office
• Demolition of cleaner’s office to create new accessible toilet
• New painting, ceilings, storage shelves, cupboards, counter tops and lights
• New door hardware and glazing & aluminium
